Simplify Your Fitness Journey
Intuitiion + Adaptability = Forever Results
The fitness industry has become a realm of "cool." It's filled with either nonsense or overly complex concepts that work, but are very difficult for most people to keep up long-term.
I spent twelve years coaching everyone from elite athletes to weight loss clients. Athletes are easier because it's all they focus on, but I know firsthand that even a dedicated everyday client will only continue counting macros and training the same program for 3-5 years before they fall off.
There are a select few who genuinely love the grind of working out and it becomes a part of them but let's be honest, most of you aren't that; you just want lasting results but don't want to spend your whole life analyzing fitness.
My mission is to talk about fitness in laymen's terms. I want to break down fitness into its basic form and show you how to do it forever without counting macros or monitoring your deadlifts weekly.
Your First Lesson
If you're inconsistent with your workouts and/or healthy eating then you've probably tried "diets" and pre-designed workout routines.
This was my profession for many years. Owning gyms, and writing programs; I spent all that time becoming an expert only to realize:
It all works
None of it works.
What do I mean? There are only two broad rules to being healthy. You must be consistent. That means an everyday balance. You also must do things you enjoy. Some like strongman workouts, CrossFit, yoga, running, a mix of all of that, etc.
Sure, there are some basic strength and conditioning aspects and injury prevention/rehab techniques that are helpful, but it's more important to have fun with your workouts. You can fill it out as you and as needed.
